Taylor Wimpey has agreed to let the first and second floors at Two Trinity Court, based in Wolverhampton Business Park, just off Junction 2 of the M54 motorway.
The company currently has more than 100 staff based in Cannock but needed extra space in modern offices with better car parking facilities for its expanding team.
The move is scheduled to take place this November and, once completed, Two Trinity Court will be 100 per cent let.
Bulleys and joint agents Avison Young worked closely with Taylor Wimpey and their agent Knight Frank on arranging the property deal with landlord Broadlands Wolverhampton Ltd, a joint venture between B&R Properties and Peveril Securities.

The total letting is for 12,050 sq ft let at £17 per sq ft, or £204,850 per annum, on a new ten-year lease with a rent review after five years.
